HOW WE WILL WORK TOGETHER PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL LIFE COACHING
Welcome to the process of liberating your future. We will be working together to establish a co-creative relationship designed to help you achieve your goals and live a more authentic and fulfilling life. I am honored to be your biggest fan, truth teller, accountability partner, sounding board and supporter.
To begin our journey, let me tell you about my clients. My clients are people just like you! They are well, successful, intelligent, alive and introspective. They are active in their role as a client: •They show up fully prepared and present at each session. •The supply the agenda or topic of discussion for each coaching session. •They are responsible for their own feelings, decisions and actions •They tell me the truth. •They pay fees on time. •They show up to sessions ready and eager to move forward and grow.
My most successful clients possess a few more qualities which enable them to get the most out of their experience with me. They: •Make their coaching sessions a top priority •Do their own work between sessions/ Use what they learn •Are open minded. Try new approaches. Experiment. •Are willing to change their behaviors if they are not getting the results they desire.
As my client, it is important to know what you can expect from me: •Although I am not a licensed therapist and do not attempt to provide diagnosis or treatment, I will listen, reflect, ask questions, give perspectives, and options. •I am here for you. Our relationship is a top priority for me. Between sessions, if you need to ask questions, tell your story or bounce some ideas, please email me. I will not bill you for this time. •I am honest and reserve the privilege of telling you the truth. If I hear something in your voice or believe there to be more to the story, I will ask questions and “go there”. •I operate on an informal level. I encourage you to be totally open and share your stories, challenges and thoughts openly. We work as peers and friends. I will coach you accordingly. •I will make requests of you to help you take action and move towards your goals. You are free to accept, decline or negotiate.

FEES: •My fee is payable on the first of each month. •To set up a monthly credit or debit card payment, please fill out and return the enclosed form.
I permit no more than 1 late payment (must be received by the 5th of the month) per calendar quarter. The exception is for single sessions pre arranged as needed. If you are unable to adhere to this policy, I reserve the right to ask you to find another coach. However, if we openly discuss other arrangements, I am willing to be flexible.
SESSION PROCEDURES: •Please call me at 717 343 9907 for our sessions. •You are responsible for long distance fees (where applicable). These are not included in the fee. •Please complete the session prep questions and email your answers approximately 24 hours before our session is to begin. •Please come fully present to the session with an open mind and an agenda.
SCHEDULE CHANGES/VACATION/BUSINESS TRIPS As discussed, please make our sessions a top priority. If you must reschedule, I ask you to give me 24 hours notice. I will not reschedule no shows or no calls. If you have a planned or unplanned vacation or business trip, I ask you to let me know as soon as possible. I will do the same.
