HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM THERAPY? Therapy is designed to spend more of your time delving into the past. Trying to figure out WHY you are the way you are. Although I do believe you need to know your history, I am working under the assumption that you have done the work and are ready and eager to move forward!!! Coaching is future based. It opens you up to the question: "Ok, given that... now what?" Coaching focuses on possibility thinking and as your coach I facilitate thinking about what may be holding you back. I do this through powerful and thought provoking questions to open your mind and invite a shift in perspective.	HOW IS COACHING DIFFERENT FROM CONSULTING? A consultant comes in after assessing the situation, gives you step by step processes and procedures to correct the challenges.(Tells you what to do and how to fix it! And often dives in to fix it for you). As your coach, I believe the answers already lie within you and together we help bring your own solutions to the surface. The similiarities end with our main goal which is to take a look at what you're doing now, what's working and what's not working and change the approach.
